Mike has 19 years of training and development experience as a facilitator, instructional designer, and consultant. Mike is a rock star in instructional design, curriculum design, competency development, and leadership development.
How He Makes a Difference
Outside of TiER1, Mike runs a Games Club at his kids’ elementary school.
An Unlikely Path
Mike has a PhD in Germanic Languages and Literatures. After he finished his degree, rather than going the traditional academic route, he took a job at a soap manufacturer.
Family Life
Mike and his wife Joyce have two kids, Elizabeth and Andrew. They also have six chickens as pets! Things could get interesting if we ever have a “Bring Your Pet to Work” day.
