His Experience
Ron has over 18 years of experience in the design, development, and production of custom online applications, company portals, and eLearning strategies to support performance improvement initiatives. He has effectively designed and developed in-house toolsets to assist in the management, development, and quality control of those projects. Though his diverse background of clients and software packages, Ron has an impeccable ability to work within a client’s technical parameters and deliver products that exceed their expectations.
An Unlikely Path
While in college, Ron worked as a roustabout for an oil and gas development company. Although he loves his job at TiER1, Ron says that was the greatest job he’s ever had.
What He Values
Ron values his friends from high school, whom he met in 7th grade and continues to be very close with. Other than going to college, most of them have never left their hometown!
Family Love
Ron and his wife have two kids, Erin and Max. He loves baking with the Kitchen Aid mixer they gave him for Christmas. Their family also includes a deaf Lhasa Apso named Molly, and a Hermann tortoise named Tommy.
