What She’s Passionate About
People. As a project manager, Amy not only strives for project success, but also for the success of the people on her team. Amy geeks out when she gets to learn new tools and technology that help her to stay organized, create processes, and check things off her list.
Her Professional Experience
Amy’s been in the training industry for over 10 years. She began her career as an instructional designer and made a natural transition into project management. Amy has a bachelor’s degree in Communications Media with a minor in Journalism. She also has a master’s degree in Instructional Leadership.
How She Makes a Difference
Amy not only knows how to train people, but she also has experience in training dogs. She was an assistant dog trainer at the local humane society for nearly four years. Amy is also an advocate for pet adoption and specifically advocates for pit bulls, who are often misunderstood.
Fun Fact
When not managing projects, Amy is either spending time with her two boys and fur-babies (dogs), working at her husband’s family-owned business, or enjoying the good life on her boat.
