Stephanie graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in communication and minors in marketing and retail merchandising. Prior to joining TiER1, she worked at a local start-up as an HR Business Partner where she executed tactical and strategic HR activities, coached and developed employees and leaders, and collaborated across all levels of the organization.
