Her Professional Experience
Becky started her career at a large consulting company, and eventually found her way to the people side of the business. She took a detour while raising her three daughters, where she found that the core concepts of recruiting, development, and retention don’t differ significantly.
She’s Not All Business
Becky and her husband are enjoying being empty nesters. After raising three awesome daughters, they downsized and moved into the city, where they love the lifestyle.
She Can’t Live Without
The Cincinnati Reds. Becky has been a Reds fan since childhood, through good seasons (and bad!), and she loves going to the games.

Loves to travel.
Met her husband at a Reds game (in Riverfront Stadium).
