Brian has 25 years of experience in performance improvement, supporting business transformation, and in the support of client initiatives. Before joining TiER1, Brian led a large learning outsource organization for Xerox Learning Services for two years. Prior to that, he spent 17 years growing a performance consulting firm, leading practices in business development, P&L development, and services development. Brian has worked with federal, state, and local government entities as well as many of Fortune 500 and mid-size businesses across the globe.

Brian loves being in the outdoors with his kids and he’s highly involved in Boy Scouts of America. He is also an avid Ohio State football fan.
