What She Brings to the Table
Starting her career in New York City for fashion merchandising, Cara has worked for European designers and American retailers. While there, she discovered her passion for learning and communications through leading sales training efforts. Cara joined TiER1 after receiving her MBA at Case Western Reserve University. She now works with clients that have complex business pain points and develops custom learning and communication solutions to help them solve their objectives.
An Unlikely Path
Cara also worked for a video production company in the past. Her love of storytelling and production experience enables her to help her own clients craft communications in a unique way.
How She Makes A Difference
Cara understands how mental health can impact people, their loved ones, and their communities. Passionate for advocating awareness, she leads the TiER1 Mental Health Initiative.
