His Professional Experience
Elijah is an experienced full-stack web developer proficient in a number of languages and frameworks, including ASP.NET and JavaScript. After starting his professional career as an embedded software developer, he transitioned to web development so he could write software that people will directly use. Elijah enjoys learning new technology and creating apps that people love using. He’s often found working on TiER1’s research projects.
How He Makes a Difference
Elijah is part of a group working on volunteer software projects in Montgomery, AL, through Code for America, a national nonprofit dedicated to making government services simple, effective, and easy to use.

When Elijah isn’t programming, he and his wife take their energetic lab Cara on walks and visits to the dog park.
