Erin was inspired to enter the field of training and development after attending a very fun and engaging new hire program at Provident Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio. Who knew an employee training session at a bank could be so inspiring! Now with almost twenty years of experience, Erin has worked with clients across most industries.

Her Roots
Erin was born and raised in Greater Cincinnati, and till this day still never tires of soaking up the local culture. Her claim to fame is that while at a Reds’ game she won Skyline Cheese Coneys for her entire row. Never was there a prouder moment for this hometown girl!

Her husband Rick, and daughter Olivia,
National Parks, particularly Yosemite and The Great Smokey Mountains.
