Heather believes the secret to driving performance lies in deeply understanding an organization, its culture, challenges, and designing a custom solution focused on its heart – people!
Professional Experience
Heather discovered her passion 17 years ago after taking her first instructional design class. She has experience from design to implementation of learning solutions ranging from instructor-led, web-based, system and ERP implementations, sales and product training, video communication, and onboarding. She enjoys collaborating with a team of TiER1 experts to create custom learning solutions.
Where She Shines
Four years ago, Heather volunteered at the Pittsburgh Marathon. She was so inspired by all the runners that she just knew she wanted to be a part of it. When she started, she could barely run two miles, but 1.5 years she later ran her first marathon. Today, she’s training for her fourth marathon!
Her Secret Talent
Heather has the unique talent of being able to identify a song by the first few beats. She usually even knows the year it came out.

Loves spending time with husband Jamie and their toddler, Gracen.
Her all-time favorite band is the Cure.
