Her Professional Experience
Janaki has 10 years of experience in higher education, focused on recruitment, admissions, and academic advising and counseling. As a recruiter, she traveled domestically and internationally to engage prospective students, held individual and group sessions, and managed email and social media campaigns. As an advisor, she counseled students on issues ranging from navigating complex systems to working through personal concerns impacting performance. She is a compassionate communicator who believes in relationship-building as a key to success.
At TiER1, Janaki focuses on projects ranging from industry research and campaign execution, to event planning and marketing production. Her priority is for both clients and her TiER1 colleagues to have an excellent experience.
