Conducting research to study the capabilities of the human mind. Jordan loves coming up with cool ways to leverage and apply his research to human performance solutions.
His Professional Experience
Jordan received his PhD from the Human Factors and Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at Wright State University. Prior to joining TiER1, Jordan worked for seven years in the Air Force Research Laboratory, starting as a research assistant and fellow and finishing up with postdoctoral work.
He’s Not All Business
When he’s not in the office, Jordan loves to travel, whether that’s backpacking in the Smoky Mountains or riding camels in Morocco.
His Family
Jordan is married to his awesome wife, Kayla. They have two pets: Brutus the dog and Eloise the cat.

Loves to play soccer and used to play for Wright State.
