Her Professional Experience
Lauren loves to explore complex organizational issues while keeping people at the center of every solution. She found her passion for change management while getting her master’s in applied psychology at the University of Cincinnati. Her project experience and background have allowed her to explore many areas of change at TiER1 and support a variety of change management, HR operations, and organizational development initiatives. One of her favorite recent projects was helping a company restructure their indoctrination training curriculum and create new interactive tools to engage learners.
How She’ll Surprise You
Previously, Lauren was the marketing director for a non-profit Russian in Translation (RIT) organization, which makes international connections by providing non-profit organizations around the world with free English-Russian and Russian-English translation work.
Fun Fact
Lauren has a dog named Scooter and a horse named Sprinkles.
