His Professional Experience

Michael holds a B.A in international studies and political science from Xavier University. Throughout his college career, he worked with nonprofits and local Cincinnati government. Before joining TiER1, Michael worked at a staffing agency as a recruiter/account manager.

Potential Realized

Michael loves to cook. He says he’s trying to become as good of a chef as his dad (if nothing else, for the sake of the fire alarms in his apartment…).

World-Class Traveler

Michael has done backpacking trips in Chile, Ecuador, Bolivia, and Peru, although he’s never been west of the Mississippi River in the U.S.
